Software Modeling

The Software Modeling and Analysis Research Team (SMART)  is a software engineering research laboratory, located in  the Department of Computer Engineering, Istanbul Technical University. The primary objective of this group is design and implementation of intelligent software systems that help to measure and improve software design quality.

Major research interests are: Software Architecture, Software Design Metrics, Software Visualization, Software Parallelism, Comprehension of Complex Software Systems (Reverse Engineering), Software Refactoring (Reengineering) and Object Oriented Design Patterns & Anti-Patterns
